ON ACCEPTANCE TO THE TRAINERS PROGRAM
Upon acceptance into the School of Crazy Monkey, you'll be welcomed into our dedicated online hub for Trainers, marking the commencement of your 'Apprentice Phase'. This digital platform serves as your gateway to a wealth of knowledge, including all of Coach Rodney's world-renowned online courses. As a Trainer, you are granted full rights to teach the material you learn from these courses to your students, ensuring a ripple effect of world-class teachings. But that's not all. We also provide you with supplemental online resources to further enrich your growth as a Trainer. Welcome to your journey of transformation and impact.

MONTHLY LIVE TRAINERS ONLY WORKSHOPS
Every month, you will have the opportunity to attend exclusive live virtual training sessions, a mandatory experience designed for all Trainers. These sessions, occurring twice a month, are tailored to provide specific insights and training in two key areas: the Crazy Monkey Defense Self-Preservation Program and the Crazy Monkey Jiu-Jitsu Program. These real-time, interactive sessions form an integral part of our holistic training approach, offering you the chance to refine your skills, deepen your understanding, and directly engage with our experienced Trainers.

COACHING CALL WITH RODNEY
As part of your comprehensive training journey, you can participate in a personalized coaching call with Coach Rodney every Friday. Simply make a booking on our Trainers Hub. These interactive sessions provide a unique opportunity for you to directly seek guidance on any areas of challenge or interest. The privilege of being mentored personally by Rodney is a unique feature of our program that significantly contributes to your development. It's mandatory for Trainers in the Apprentice Phase to attend these monthly calls, reinforcing our commitment to individual growth and the pursuit of mastery. These crucial coaching calls are scheduled on Fridays, during Rodney's office hours, ensuring consistent, direct interaction with your Head Coach.

ATTEND GLOBAL TRAINING EVENTS
Every year, Coach Rodney conducts globally recognized seminars and retreats, creating an immersive learning environment for Trainers like you from the School of Crazy Monkey. As part of our community, you enjoy the advantage of attending these enriching events at special 'Trainers Rates'. These in-person training events serve as more than just learning opportunities. They also present a unique platform for you to be personally assessed by Coach Rodney. Whether you are working towards achieving Trainer Glove Rankings in the Crazy Monkey Defense Self-Preservation System or pursuing belts in Crazy Monkey Jiu-Jitsu, these events provide a direct path to showcasing your progression and attaining recognition for your dedication and skills.

After submitting your Application form you will then receive an email from our Team with options to sign-up. This will be based on what you noted on the Application Form.

PAY YOUR JOINING AND FRANCHISE MONTHLY FEE
To begin your journey with us at the School of Crazy Monkey, we ask that you pay your joining fee, which will subsequently activate your Trainers License. By taking this step, you demonstrate your commitment to joining our global team of dedicated Trainers. For more details on the Trainers License Fee, kindly refer to our FAQ section below. Together, let's usher in a new era of global martial arts training.​

SCHEDULE YOUR INTERVIEW WITH COACH RODNEY
Once your joining fee is paid and your franchise fee activated, you'll be granted access to Coach Rodney's calendar to schedule an essential one-to-one call. This initial conversation serves as an assessment of your compatibility with our team's ethos at the School of Crazy Monkey. Should Rodney find that your aspirations or goals do not align with the values of our Trainers Team, the decision may be taken not to proceed with your application. In such a scenario, you will receive a full refund of the joining fee you've paid. However, this call is more than just an evaluation. It's an open forum for you to ask any lingering questions and gain a deeper understanding of the journey you're about to embark on. In this conversation, Coach Rodney will delineate your responsibilities to the Team and equally importantly, our commitment to your growth and success as part of the School of Crazy Monkey.

SIGN YOUR TRAINERS AGREEMENT
Once your application is unconditionally accepted onto the Trainers Team, you will receive a DocuSign link to formalize our partnership via the Trainers Agreement. While this agreement permits you to exit the Trainers Program at any time with a notice period of one full calendar month franchise fee payment, its primary intent is to underscore our commitment to you, and to outline your responsibilities as a representative of our brand and a member of the Trainers Team.
