Please bring the following with you: Appropriate training gear and sneakers (we will be training throughout the event with shoes on mostly). Bring 10oz boxing gloves, MMA gloves, and a training blade if you have one (training blades will be available at the event). In addition, bring a Gi top and or a hoodie you don't mind loosing. We will be using that in the clinch, ground phase of training.
